Can I get banned for using the bot?
Yes. Bots violate Blizzard’s Terms of Use, and nobody can guarantee otherwise. Peonix injects nothing into the game and behaves like a person, but Blizzard analyzes behavior too. Only bot on an account you’re willing to risk.
Does the app read game memory?
No. The game state comes from a companion addon as colored squares in a screen corner. The app only reads screen pixels and sends key presses to the game window.
How is a pixel bot different from an injection bot?
An injection bot puts code into the game process and reads its memory — that’s easier to detect. A pixel bot works from the outside: it watches the screen and presses keys, like a person.
Is the app safe for my computer?
Yes. Peonix installs and runs without admin rights, installs no services or drivers and never attaches to the game process. Updates are installed only if the release’s digital signature and the file’s SHA-256 checksum match.
Does the app need my Battle.net password?
No. You sign in to Peonix with a code from your email; the app never asks for or stores your game account login and password.
What does the bot do if a player talks to me?
It stops patrolling, takes screenshots, saves a report and logs out. Same for invites, duels, trades, being followed, teleports and odd deaths.
Compatibility
Which WoW versions are supported?
Only World of Warcraft Retail — currently Midnight 12.1. Classic, Hardcore and private servers aren’t supported: the bot relies on features of the modern client.
Can I minimize the game while the bot runs?
No. The bot reads the screen, so the WoW window must stay visible: not minimized, top-left corner uncovered. You can still work in other windows.
Where is the app window while it runs?
The app docks as a narrow column at the screen edge and the game window shrinks to the rest — nothing is covered and the controls are always in view. Clicking the column doesn’t take focus from the game. Windowed display mode is required.
Can the bot run several WoW windows?
One copy of the app controls one game window.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 version 2004 or later, or Windows 11; the game running at 20+ FPS in the background, default gamma and no HDR. The full list is on the download page.
Price and statistics
Can I use it for free?
Yes, until November 17 inclusive — if you let the app send its usage statistics and the bot’s action log. It’s the “Take part” button on the Account page in the app or in your account on the website. You can opt out at any time.
What exactly does the app send?
If you take part: the mode, run time, version, counters (mobs killed, loot and nodes gathered) and the stop reason, plus the bot’s action log — it may include names of nearby characters. The app never sends passwords, your email or files from your computer. Logs are kept for 90 days, run records for a year.
Is there a trial plan?
Yes: 48 hours with every mode for a token price. It’s handy for testing the bot on your own character before subscribing.
Do I pay for modes separately?
No. Any plan unlocks every ready mode and all 40 rotations. Plans differ only in length.
Can I get a refund?
The refund policy is a separate document. If the app won’t run on your computer and support couldn’t fix it, get in touch.
Using the app
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes: Setup on the app’s Home page walks you through the game, the addon, keys and your first route or herb icons — and shows anything still missing.
Where are my routes and settings stored?
On your computer, in your Windows user folder. Routes and profiles can be exported to JSON and moved to another PC.
How do I stop the bot?
With the Stop button or F11 from any window. In Combat assistant mode F11 pauses and resumes.
Will the bot be updated for new patches?
Yes. App, addon and rotation updates come with every plan. Each rotation book shows its patch and verification date.
When will fishing, dungeons and quests arrive?
They’re already in the app, marked “in development”, and will open once we’ve proven them in the game. We don’t promise dates: the app itself will tell you about new modes.
